Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CA(SA) or equivalent is essential.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a controller or similar senior role.
• Extensive experience with financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a remote setting.
• Expertise in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and growth.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team remotely.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare financial statements, board reports, and investor relations materials.
