Placements24 in Pretoria is seeking a Specialist Recruitment Consultant with a finance focus to connect top talent with leading organisations across the Gauteng region. You will manage client relationships, source qualified finance professionals, and guide the recruitment process from screening to onboarding.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of financial recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for CAs(SA), CFAs, forensic accountants.
• Strong knowledge of South Africa's financial services landscape.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, results-oriented and able to work independently in a remote team.

Responsabilidades

• Source, screen, and interview finance professionals in the Gauteng region.
• Build and maintain client and candidate relationships within the finance industry.
• Understand and articulate client needs, aligning with candidate profiles.
• Utilize sourcing tools to identify passive and active candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from engagement to onboarding.
• Provide market salary guidance based on trends in the financial sector.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the ATS.
• Suggest improvements to recruitment processes for the finance division.
