You will design and optimize production facilities, infrastructure, and well schemes to maximize hydrocarbon recovery. The candidate will evaluate development concepts, conduct technical studies, and collaborate with global teams to move projects from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years experience in field development engineering within Oil & Gas.
• Experience in conceptual and detailed design of upstream production facilities.
• Strong understanding of reservoir engineering, drilling, and production operations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate field development concepts, including well placement, facility design, and infrastructure requirements.
• Conduct technical studies and economic evaluations to support development decisions.
• Collaborate with reservoir engineers, geoscientists, drilling engineers, and other disciplines to optimize field development plans.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs and specifications for production facilities, pipelines, and associated infrastructure.
• Manage external engineering contractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee the tendering and procurement process for major project equipment and services.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and control project schedules.
• Support the execution phase of field development projects, including construction and commissioning.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of field development processes and methodologies.
