Placements24 is sourcing a highly experienced Remote Field Operations Supervisor for a fully remote role in the Oil & Gas sector. You will oversee field operations remotely, ensuring safety compliance, data-driven decisions, and efficient resource management across sites.

Candidates should hold an Engineering degree and six years+ of upstream experience, with strong leadership and remote communication skills to guide dispersed teams and partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical) or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in upstream Oil & Gas field operations.
• Experience supervising field teams and managing operations.
• Strong understanding of oil & gas production processes and safety procedures.
• Excellent remote communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams from a distance.
• Experience with remote monitoring tools and data analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision to field operations teams.
