Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in catering or hospitality.
• At least 5 years in a director-level role overseeing large-scale operations.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L management and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive catering strategies across regions.
• Lead a remote team of catering managers, chefs, and operational staff.
• Drive culinary innovation and oversee menu development and quality standards.
• Manage key client relationships and negotiate high-level contracts.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting and cost control for the catering division.
