You will plan, budget, negotiate with vendors, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver 5-star event experiences. Strong communication and remote collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of event management experience focusing on sports/fitness events.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and budgets in remote/hybrid environments.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute diverse sports and fitness events remotely.
• Develop detailed event budgets and manage expenses to ensure profitability.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues (where applicable for hybrid elements).
• Create and manage event timelines, ensuring milestones are met on schedule.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional plans to drive event registration and attendance.
• Oversee event operations on the day(s) of the event, coordinating staff and volunteers virtually.
