Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers while presenting Blacksmith Agency to potential clients.

The role uses tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume targets while keeping touchpoints high quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar
• Strong written communication for personalized outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team
