Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; SaaS or agency experience helps.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and multi-channel sequencing.
• Experience using Salesforce and maintaining a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
