Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role focuses on thoughtful outreach rather than mass spamming, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping touchpoints

Qualifikationen

Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS beneficial).
Excellent written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
Experience with outbound tools and multi-channel sequences.
Comfortable owning your pipeline in Salesforce.
Competitive, coachable and eager to hit high-volume targets.
