As Enterprise Sales Executive at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This full-time, remote role lets you work nationwide from anywhere in South Africa.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in agencies or SaaS.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and prospecting platforms.
• Comfortable building and managing your own pipeline in Salesforce.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
