Job summary

Psybergate is seeking an experienced Enterprise Process Architect to design, define, and optimise enterprise business processes across multiple units. You will lead architecture initiatives aligned with organisational strategy and govern standards, frameworks, and governance.

The role requires hands-on process mining and ARIS Repository expertise, with strong governance, risk, and compliance understanding. You will engage senior stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide change and improve

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Extensive experience in Enterprise Process Architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with Process Mining tools and methodologies.
Extensive experience working with the ARIS Repository (essential).
Strong Process Engineering and BPM experience.
Solid understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles and frameworks.
Experience defining, designing, governing, and optimising enterprise business processes.
Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments.
Banking or financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
Strong financial and commercial acumen.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, consulting, and communication skills.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide change.

Responsibilities

Design, define, and optimise enterprise business processes across multiple units.
Lead architecture initiatives aligned with strategy and governance.
Perform process mining and analysis to identify optimisation opportunities.
Guide stakeholders in designing future-state processes rather than documenting current-state.
Ensure governance, risk, and regulatory compliance of business processes.
Drive continuous improvement through process engineering best practices.
Maintain and govern the enterprise ARIS Repository.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align business and technology architecture.
Analyse end-to-end processes to improve operational efficiency.
Provide leadership to the organisation's Process Engineering practice.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and strategic consulting on process improvements.
Identify opportunities to improve business performance through process optimisation and mining insights.
Support business transformation and digital transformation programmes.
