Job summary

HelloKindred is seeking a senior-level Enterprise Architect to support a large Transformation Office Programme on-site in Johannesburg. The role spans multiple workstreams to sustain alignment, governance and an evolving EA capability, with deep exposure to mining, OT, and IT environments.

You will apply TOGAF principles, engage with executive stakeholders, and lead workshops to drive collaboration and modernization across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture or related transformation leadership roles.
• Senior or executive-level experience.
• TOGAF-based architecture knowledge.
• Experience in mining industry.
• Strong C-suite engagement and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the Enterprise Architect across the Transformation Office Programme.
• Maintain consistency and alignment across transformation workstreams.
• Define, establish, and scale Enterprise Architecture capabilities across the organization.
• Engage with C‑Suite stakeholders to align strategic business and technology objectives.
• Facilitate workshops to drive collaboration, solution alignment, and transformation outcomes.
• Develop PowerPoint-based strategic storytelling materials for executive audiences.
• Ensure integration between enterprise functions and operational technology environments.
• Apply TOGAF principles across transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide modernization and optimization efforts.
