Job summary

Communicate Recruitment is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to drive process optimisation, business transformation and continuous improvement. You will analyse existing processes, design future-state operating models and deliver measurable business improvements in collaboration with stakeholders, technology teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities include leading improvement initiatives, modelling processes, applying BPM and RPA tools, and ensuring compliance with risk controls.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years experience in process engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree / NQF Level 7 in a relevant discipline.
• Strong experience with BPM and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and motivation to deliver results.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML modelling and process mining tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse As-Is processes and design To-Be operating models.
• Lead process improvement initiatives from discovery to implementation.
• Identify bottlenecks using process analytics and mining.
• Map value chains and align with business strategy.
• Develop business cases and quantify benefits/ROI.
• Engage stakeholders and facilitate workshops with senior teams.
• Ensure risk, controls, compliance and audit requirements are considered.
• Support change management and track benefit realisation.
