This role focuses on research, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, using tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

Qualificações

• Two years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• B2B sales experience with quota responsibility.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
