Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and build the sales pipeline across South Africa. In this role you will research accounts, identify decision makers and craft personalized outreach to generate qualified opportunities.

You will use tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo to surface targets, manage your pipeline and book discovery calls for the Account Executives while maintaining high-quality outreach and accurate records in our systems.

Competenze

• B2B sales experience preferred; quotas handled previously.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Mansioni

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
