Placements24 is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to lead remote email campaigns, from concept to deployment, across a growing marketing stack. You will craft content, segment audiences, and leverage automation to nurture leads and drive conversions.

The role requires strong copywriting, platform proficiency (Mailchimp/HubSpot), and a data-driven approach to optimize open, click, and conversion rates in a fully remote, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, Constant Contact).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, and deliverability.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
• Experience with analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills suitable for a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including conceptualization, copywriting, design, segmentation, scheduling, and deployment.
• Manage and grow the email subscriber list through effective lead generation strategies and list hygiene practices.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and other elements to optimize campaign performance and engagement rates.
• Analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create visually appealing and effective email content.
