Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Email Marketing Manager to lead our email initiatives. You will design and optimize campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions across locations, including Polokwane, from a fully remote setup.

You will leverage data analytics to personalize communications, improve open and click-through rates, and contribute to revenue growth. A strong track record and exceptional copywriting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.
• 5+ years in email marketing with a proven campaign track record.
• Proficient with Mailchimp, HubSpot or Constant Contact.
• Solid grasp of segmentation, automation, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent copywriting and editing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an end-to-end email marketing strategy.
• Create, schedule, and deploy targeted email campaigns and workflows.
• Segment databases and personalize content to drive engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• A/B test subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
• Ensure GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance and maintain list hygiene.
