Remote Choice is seeking a skilled, data-driven Remote Email Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of email campaigns. You will design, implement, and refine programs that nurture leads, build customer loyalty, and support sales objectives.

The role requires crafting compelling copy, segmenting audiences, and managing automation while analyzing performance metrics to drive ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing with a focus on email.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, CAN-SPAM laws, and best practices.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a focus on conversion.
• Data analysis skills and the ability to translate metrics into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated workflows.
• Write compelling and persuasive email copy that drives engagement and conversions.
• Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences for targeted messaging.
• Manage email automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) for campaign deployment and tracking.
• A/B test different elements of email campaigns (subject lines, content, CTAs) to optimize performance.
• Analyze email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
