Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic Remote Marketing Campaign Manager to join a fully remote team operating from Upington. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, manage complex projects from conception to completion, and leverage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics and campaign management best practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, content).
• Define goals, target audiences, KPIs and budget allocations.
• Coordinate with creative, content, and digital teams for assets and messaging.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and report insights for optimization.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of elements.
