Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and design support for electrical systems related to renewable energy projects (solar, wind, etc.).
• Develop detailed electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications using industry-standard software.
• Analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimized solutions.
• Review and critique designs from other engineers and external consultants, providing constructive feedback.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical due diligence for potential new projects.
• Ensure all electrical designs comply with relevant international standards (IEC, IEEE) and local regulations.
• Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of complex electrical issues remotely.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, site engineers, and other team members through virtual channels.
• Stay current with advancements in electrical engineering, particularly within the renewable energy sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in electrical design and engineering, with a strong preference for experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in power systems analysis, distribution, and protection.
• Proficiency with electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, PVSyst, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, suitable for remote collaboration.
