Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 12+ years of experience in electrical design engineering with lead/senior role.
• Extensive experience in schematic design, PCB layout and working with PCB layout engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design efforts for new product development from concept to production release.
• Develop and manage detailed electrical design specifications and documentation.
• Oversee schematic capture and PCB layout processes ensuring design rule adherence.
• Conduct design reviews, including CDRs and PDRs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a remote team of engineers.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and systems teams for seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.

• Extensive experience in schematic design, PCB layout, and working with PCB layout engineers.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Expertise in high‑speed digital design, analog circuit design, and power supply design.
• Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC/EMI principles and mitigation techniques.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing remote teams.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward in a remote environment.
