Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Early Childhood Development Specialist and Curriculum Designer to develop and refine age-appropriate curricula for children aged 3–6. You will work independently from a home office, collaborating with a distributed team to deliver engaging, culturally relevant content.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, 7+ years in ECD with 3+ years in curriculum design, and proven experience delivering remote learning programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Curriculum Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in early childhood education, with at least 3 years in curriculum development and design.
• Proven experience delivering remote/online learning programs, and strong understanding of 3–6 age pedagogies.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement innovative ECD curricula for remote delivery.
• Research best practices and educational technologies relevant to early childhood development.
• Create lesson plans, activities, assessments, and digital resources.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and project managers.
• Adapt curricula to evolving standards and child development needs.
• Provide guidance to remote facilitators and educators implementing the curriculum.
• Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and revise content using data-driven insights.
• Ensure content is inclusive, accessible, and supports positive child development.
