Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of curriculum development for early childhood education.
• Knowledge of CAPS, EYFS, and pedagogical approaches.
• Strong writing and content creation skills.
• Experience with LMS and content authoring tools.
• Understanding of learning design principles and UX for educational products.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
