Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum design for early years, preferably with a digital focus.
• Proven ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences for young children.
• Strong understanding of child development stages and learning theories.
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with digital content creation tools and learning management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
• Portfolio showcasing previous curriculum development work is highly desirable.

This fully remote position involves designing innovative and engaging digital learning modules and resources for children aged 3-6 years. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of online early childhood education, creating content that is both fun and educationally sound. This role requires a deep understanding of early childhood pedagogy, curriculum design principles, and digital content creation. You will work autonomously from your location in Centurion, Gauteng , or anywhere else, collaborating virtually with a dynamic team of designers, developers, and educators to bring educational concepts to life.
