Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Early Childhood Program Manager to lead and develop online educational offerings for families in the East London area. This hybrid role combines remote leadership with periodic in-office collaboration to shape high-quality early learning programs.

You will oversee program development, support educators, ensure curriculum quality, and manage budgets, driving positive child outcomes and a culture of innovation within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• Experience in program management within the early childhood education sector.
• Ability to lead remote teams and operations.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, pedagogy, and assessment in early years.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of all early childhood online programs.
• Manage and support a team of remote early childhood educators, providing guidance and professional development.
