Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Early Childhood Educator to join its virtual team. You will deliver developmentally appropriate educational experiences to young children through online platforms, fostering social, emotional, cognitive and physical growth from your home office.

The role emphasizes engaging online sessions, interactive activities, and regular communication with parents, using Zoom/Teams and other digital tools to create a rich virtual learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Early Childhood Educator, preferably with online teaching.
• Proficiency with educational technology and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).
• Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy and development milestones.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills for online engagement.
• Reliable internet and a distraction-free home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt online curriculum and lesson plans for virtual delivery.
• Conduct interactive online sessions with storytelling and educational games.
• Monitor and assess child progress through virtual observation.
• Communicate with parents about development and progress.
