Qualifications

• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to create engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules for Foundation Phase learners (ages 4-7).
• Create digital content: videos, animations, quizzes, and games supporting literacy, numeracy, and cognitive development.
• Collaborate with SMEs, ID and multimedia developers for accuracy and pedagogy.
• Write clear instructional text and scripts for e-learning courses.
• Adapt existing materials for online delivery and ensure accessibility.
• Conduct instructional design research on trends in early childhood e-learning.
• Participate in content reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure content adheres to quality standards, branding, and learning objectives.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for curriculum tasks.
