D2B, a fast-growing UK ecommerce business, is seeking a customer-focused professional to join the team as the first point of contact for UK and international customers. You will handle emails and phone calls from enquiry to order completion, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the UK team.

This fully remote role requires 2+ years in customer service, excellent English, and a proactive attitude. Competitive salary and long-term career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in customer service, customer care or contact centre environments.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience supporting UK, Australian or international customers.
• Strong telephone manner and confidence speaking with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable and positive attitude.
• Stable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails.
• Make outbound calls to customers when required.
• Respond to customer enquiries quickly and professionally.
• Resolve order queries and customer issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM.
• Work closely with the UK team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Help clear customer enquiries and maintain inbox SLAs.
• Support continuous improvements to customer service processes.
