Placements24 is seeking a Remote E-commerce Social Media Specialist to join its fully remote team supporting operations in Mahikeng, South Africa. You will create content, manage our social presence, and analyze campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales for our online stores.

Responsibilities include designing strategies, creating on-brand content across platforms, monitoring channels, and reporting performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist with a focus on ecommerce.
• Deep knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and social media management tools.
• Strong analytics to optimize campaigns and report insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with remote teamwork in mind.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines remotely.
