Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a passionate Remote E-commerce Social Media Coordinator to manage daily social media activities, create engaging content, and foster community interaction across brand channels from a home office in South Africa.

You will collaborate with the Social Media Manager to plan campaigns, monitor performance metrics, respond to followers, and help grow the online brand through creative posts and timely engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management or content creation, preferably for e-commerce.
• Familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and their functions.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with creativity.
