The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering with at least 10 years in drilling, including 5+ in supervisory roles, and excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering.
• 10+ years in drilling operations, 5+ in supervisory roles.
• Extensive knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, well control, and safety.
• Ability to manage complex projects and remote teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision and technical guidance for drilling operations, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
• Oversee planning and execution of drilling programs, including well design, equipment selection, and logistics.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies in real time.
• Manage relationships with drilling contractors, service providers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of drilling operations and personnel.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of drilling progress, incidents, and KPIs.
