Qualifications

• 8+ years in drilling operations, with 4+ years in supervision.
• Extensive knowledge of drilling fluids, well control, and directional drilling.
• Proven leadership and ability to work under pressure in remote field environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all drilling operations on the rig site, ensuring adherence to the drilling plan and safety procedures.
• Manage and mentor rig personnel, ensuring effective teamwork and performance.
• Monitor drilling parameters, identify potential problems, and implement solutions to maintain drilling efficiency and wellbore integrity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and toolbox talks with the rig crew.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure drilling equipment is functioning correctly.
• Maintain accurate daily drilling reports and communicate progress and issues to management.
