Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Donor Relations Manager for a charity with global reach. You will cultivate and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of donors from your home office, ensuring satisfaction, retention and expanded support for life-changing initiatives.

You will communicate impact and financial stewardship, develop retention strategies, organise virtual donor events, and manage donations in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in donor relations, fundraising, or account management, preferably in a non-profit setting.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a donor portfolio effectively in a remote capacity.
