This fully remote position is central to securing financial resources to sustain and expand our client's programs.

You will leverage donor relations, grant writing, and campaign management to cultivate new funding streams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fundraising, development, or related non-profit roles.
• Proven success in securing major gifts, grants, or corporate sponsorships.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; persuasive writing skills.
• Strong donor stewardship and CRM/database management understanding.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue targets.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors, sponsors, and foundations.
