Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Donor Relations Manager for a charity with global reach. You will cultivate and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of donors from your home office, ensuring satisfaction, retention and expanded support for life-changing initiatives.

You will communicate impact and financial stewardship, develop retention strategies, organise virtual donor events, and manage donations in the CRM.

Qualifications

Proven experience in donor relations, fundraising, or account management, preferably in a non-profit setting.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a donor portfolio effectively in a remote capacity.
Proficiency with CRM software and donor management systems. Strategic thinking with a client-centric approach.

Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of individual and institutional donors.
Develop and implement strategies for donor retention, engagement, and stewardship.
Communicate regularly with donors, providing updates on program impact and financial stewardship.
Identify opportunities for increased donor engagement and fundraising potential.
Organize and coordinate virtual donor events and meetings.
Process donations and ensure accurate donor record-keeping in the CRM system.
