Remote Recruitment places South African talent with UK employers, and this is a full-time, 100% remote position working UK business hours. You will own document versions, approvals and filing so a UK team always works from the right file.

We look for dependable individuals who communicate clearly and take pride in accuracy. This role offers remote work from anywhere in South Africa with training and room to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control or records management.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Google Drive or Dropbox.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable laptop and stable fibre internet at home.
• Availability for UK hours 09:00–17:00.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a controlled register of documents and versions.
• Check new documents against naming and approval rules.
• Archive and retrieve records quickly on request.
• Chase approvals and sign-offs from document owners.
• Audit folders regularly and fix errors.
