The role requires strong leadership and agency experience to manage multiple accounts effectively. As the client-facing owner, you will diagnose issues, direct the team to fix them, and shape channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Depth in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• Agency experience carrying many accounts at once.
• Experience leading a team of strategists or specialists.
• Comfortable being the client-facing owner when accounts underperform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PPC and SEO strategy; own channel performance.
• Set standards for audits, reporting, and client communication.
• Drive client results and ensure honest reporting and attribution integrity.
• Diagnose underperforming accounts and direct the team to fix them.
• Plan channel strategy, budget allocation, and growth as clients scale.
• Oversee hiring and first-round interviews for the department.
