Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO with multi-channel ownership.
• Depth in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• Proven ability to turn around underperforming accounts.
• Experience owning client-facing reviews and performance management.
• Agency experience managing many accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Performance Marketing department including PPC and SEO.
• Set quality standards, audits, and reporting for the team.
• Own client results and ensure reporting honesty and accuracy.
• Diagnose underperforming accounts and direct strategists to fixes.
• Define channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Partner with sales to credibly promise delivery and outcomes.
• Plan hiring and conduct first-round interviews within a quarter.
