Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified stakeholders.

Responsibilities include crafting personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with quota responsibility preferred.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
