Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outbound outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping touchpoints high quality.

Formación

• B2B sales experience and ability to close
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team
