Job summary

Placements24 is recruiting a highly skilled Remote Management Consultant specialising in Digital Transformation to guide organisations through strategy and implementation. The role is fully remote, collaborating with a globally distributed team to drive digital change and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree and at least 6 years' experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or related fields, with strong Agile/DevOps knowledge and excellent remote collaboration

Qualifications

Master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in digital transformation consulting or IT strategy.
Proven track record of leading complex digital transformation projects.
In-depth knowledge of Agile, DevOps and their business applications.
Excellent remote collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in change management and driving organizational adoption of new technologies.

Responsibilities

Assess clients' digital maturity and identify opportunities for digital transformation initiatives.
Develop comprehensive digital strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans aligned with business goals.
Advise on the selection and adoption of new technologies, including AI, cloud computing, and data analytics platforms.
Lead and manage digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful integration of solutions.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams on digital tools and methodologies.
Stay current with emerging digital trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
