About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-year digital transformation roadmap aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of digital initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record in digital transformation and strategic technology implementation.
• Deep understanding of the mining industry and its operational challenges.
• Extensive knowledge of key digital technologies (IoT, AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Automation).
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale, complex technology projects.
