Qualifikationen

• Professional Architect qualification (PrArch) or equivalent international registration.
• 12+ years architectural experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on technology integration.
• Proven expertise in advanced BIM workflows, digital construction technologies, and cloud collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of generative design, parametric modeling, and data analytics in an architectural context.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and drive digital adoption across large organizations.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills for remote engagement.
