Placements24 is seeking a Senior Remote Architect to drive digital transformation across our global architectural practice. You will lead adoption of BIM, generative design, data analytics and cloud collaboration to reshape design and project delivery, working from anywhere.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of architectural experience, with 5+ in leadership, and a proven track record of integrating technology across large teams.

Qualifications

• Professional Architect qualification (PrArch) or international registration.
• 12+ years architectural experience with 5+ years in a leadership role focusing on technology integration.
• Expertise in advanced BIM workflows and cloud collaboration.
• Strong in generative design, parametric modeling, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead change across large organizations.
• Excellent strategic thinking and remote stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for digital transformation in architecture and design.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of new digital technologies and software solutions.
• Establish and champion firm-wide BIM standards, workflows, and best practices for remote collaboration.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to project teams on leveraging digital tools for design optimization and efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation of data-driven design processes and analytics for project insights.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning around digital advancements in the AEC industry.
