Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an innovative Digital Project Manager for remote oversight of digital marketing campaigns and web development projects. You will coordinate clients, creatives, developers, and strategists to deliver on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals from Randburg, Gauteng and beyond.

You will manage plans, timelines and budgets, ensure effective collaboration across teams, and optimize PM processes.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of digital project management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
Proven experience managing web design, development and digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media and content marketing.
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
Proficient with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com; familiar with WordPress/Drupal CMS.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver digital marketing projects and websites on time and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
Manage client communication with regular updates.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure projects align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Oversee CMS implementations and website development.
Monitor campaign performance and report on metrics.
Facilitate team meetings and drive collaboration.
Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes.
