Job summary

HelloKindred is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support digital activity across website management, campaigns, SEO, and content. You will own day-to-day website maintenance, optimise the user journey, and ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with HubSpot, WordPress or similar CMS, and strong content creation skills. This role is fully remote, 4 days a week, with a 6-month contract and IT-ready setup.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience across digital marketing and website optimisation.
• Expertise with HubSpot marketing automation and campaign reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SEO/AEO/GEO and content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Website & CMS Management: develop new pages, optimise UX and maintain CMS content.
• SEO, AEO & GEO: optimise content for organic visibility and discovery.
• Marketing Automation & HubSpot: build and monitor campaigns, workflows, and audience segments.
• Digital Campaigns & Social Media: create campaigns, schedule LinkedIn content, measure performance.
• Creative & Content Support: produce and adapt marketing content, basic design and video assets.
