Qualifications

B2B sales experience with quota responsibilities.
Proven experience in SDR/BDR roles or similar.
Strong written and personalized outreach skills.
Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
Experience with Salesforce and pipeline management.
Gritty, coachable, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
