Placements24 is hiring a Remote Digital Marketing Specialist to support a fully remote team with operations based around Centurion, Gauteng. You’ll drive day-to-day digital marketing activities, optimize campaigns for engagement, and collaborate with online teams to refine strategy.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in digital marketing, strong skills in Google Analytics/Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a remote setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, email, SEM, display ads).
• Assist in creation/optimization of website content for SEO.
• Monitor/canalyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and social analytics.
• Support development/implementation of email campaigns with segmentation/automation.
• Engage with online communities and respond to inquiries on social media.
• Conduct keyword research and assist SEM strategy development.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights/recommendations.
• Collaborate with remote team members on projects and campaigns.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools for remote work.
