Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing with emphasis on fundraising.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising targets.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience with analytics and donor management platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital fundraising strategies across online platforms (social media, email, website, paid advertising).
• Manage and optimize digital fundraising campaigns, focusing on donor acquisition, retention, and increasing average gift size.
• Create engaging digital content (copywriting, basic graphics, short videos) to inspire donations and raise awareness.
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the organization's social media presence, fostering community engagement and driving traffic to donation pages.
• Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital fundraising trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaign efforts.
• Manage the digital fundraising budget and track ROI for all digital initiatives.
• Explore and test new digital fundraising channels and technologies.
