Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in digital communications, social media management, or online content creation.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in managing various social media platforms and their analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and creative content development skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic actions.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital communication strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and grow the client's social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality digital content, including written posts, graphics, videos, and infographics.
• Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive online community.
• Analyze website traffic, social media performance, and other digital metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and enhance digital campaigns.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices in online communication.
• Manage the editorial calendar for digital content and ensure timely delivery of all assets.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to broaden reach and credibility.
• Provide reporting on key digital communication KPIs to stakeholders.
